It's World Gratitude Day!

world gratitude day blog header

Today is World Gratitude Day! Think of it as the precursor to Thanksgiving. This day is a great opportunity to get your students thinking about who and what they appreciate in their lives. You don’t even need to make a formal activity out of it; it can be as simple as going around your classroom and having each student say something they appreciate about a classmate. Watch little faces light up as students boost each other’s self esteem and practice gratitude.

And, what about you? Which one of your coworkers are you grateful for? It’s your last chance to nominate a superhero teacher in your life for a chance to win our Superhero Sweepstakes. 100 winners will receive $100 of Learning Without Tears products and one lucky superhero teacher will win a grand prize worth $500.
